Question A – Will the hose twist easily?

Question B – Should I choose a hose of 5/8”(15mm) of diameter or a larger one?
If the hose has fittings, these fittings will work as a limit of the water flow. The fittings of the hoses of 5/8” (15mm) and ¾” (19mm) are the same. They only are different at the connection with the hose. So If the flow rate is the same, you should buy the 15mm hose because is cheaper and is lighter ( you carry less water inside the hose)

Question C – I have a big garden. Should I buy a 50 meters hose or 2 coils of 20 meters?
If the hose is very long ( like 50 meters long) is very hard to handle. If you have 2 taps, you should prefer two different hoses of 20 meters.

Question D – The outside layer of the hose must be transparent or not?
The raw material used in not transparent hoses has special components to improve resistance to weather and abrasion. These additives cannot be used if the outer layer is transparent. This is why Flextec hoses are the best quality hoses in the market.
